Hailio Group (Pty) Ltd ("Hailio Group"), trading as WeTow, CycleSafe and KidKommute, processes the personal information submitted in this form in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). By submitting this form, I/we consent to Hailio Group collecting, verifying, storing and processing the company, director/member, and contact information provided for the following purposes: (i) assessing and verifying this application for inclusion in the WeTow National First Responder Database; (ii) dispatch, coordination, and service delivery across Hailio Group platforms, including WeTow, CycleSafe and KidKommute; (iii) compliance, accreditation and risk verification checks with relevant regulators (including SIRA, HPCSA, SARS and CIPC); and (iv) communication regarding deployment opportunities, partnerships and service requests. Personal information will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with insurers, fleet partners, or regulators where necessary to fulfil the purposes above or as required by law. Information will be retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by applicable law. Data subjects have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
